What is the best way to structure an FB ad campaign?

This is a very common question, and no matter what page you visit there is always a different answer. You can believe this, or that but me being a technical guy, I love to analyze and then figure out really which is the best method to run.

Take for example, a Shopify store with 10 products.  Some say it’s best to make 1 campaign, then one adset for each product.  Sure it works;  but what if you want to scale, what if you want to run tests, what if you want to keep things organized so you know birds eye view which campaign is performing, which needs optimization and so on.

Well, after running over $250,000 revenue on Whitehat (on FB you can run millions because you are selling bullshit, but with WH you really need to laser target and know what you are doing, else your CPA marketing cost will eat you alive!) past few months on FB,  I’ve tested every single structure for an ad campaign possible.

I’ve came to the conclusion that it’s best to have 1 campaign per product and here’s why.

If you want to scale a winning product, you need to create more adsets;  it’s just neater to have it in one place and it’s also easier to keep track of which product is doing good and which sucks.

If you want to experiment with new creatives, because burn out has set in due to high frequency, it’s also easier to do it in the campaign for that one product as a new adset.

So from pure practicality it’s best in my experience to do 1 campaign per product.   Yes that means 100 campaigns if you have 100 products!
